AT&T's third quarter Network Disaster Recovery Team exercise began on Wednesday, July 8, in Washington, DC and continued through Friday, July 17, 2009. The exercise tested some of NDR's newest Level 1 and Level 3 recovery trailers and a new recovery engineering software application. The team performed certification and assurance of NDR's Frame Relay recovery process. On Monday, July 13, the team met with representatives of federal and local response agencies.
The exercise was NDR's largest deployment of trailers and included over 40 pieces of recovery equipment, including eighteen technology recovery trailers.
