Overview of the Foster City, California recovery exercise
site on Friday morning, July 16, 2004. The recovery equipment
was brought on to the site and positioned following a plan
developed by NDR's command team.

common ground ring that is built by the Ops Team. The common
ground protects the team members and the equipment.

trailer on Saturday morning, July 17. Power for this exercise
was provided by a 135KW generator trailer. That power feed
was distributed to the site through a 500KW power trailer,
simulating how NDR would work with a commercial power source.

An NDR Hazardous Incidents Team member practicing an equipment

suit and gloves. The team is developing the skills to respond
in areas that have been contaminated by spills or other
environmental hazards. July 18, 2004.

during the customer tours on July 19, 2004 in Foster City.
AT&T gave the City of San Francisco a $40,000 grant
to develop four search and rescue dog teams.

The team began breaking down the site and winding up
cables on Tuesday afternoon, July 20, following the
customer tours.
