2003 Q4—Dallas, Texas
NDR held its fourth quarter 2003 exercise in Dallas, Texas between October 3 and October 8. The exercise simulated the recovery of a Metro and an Intercity switching office. The drill included over sixty team members, twenty-six technology and support trailers, and an Emergency Communications Vehicle. The exercise was timed so NDR could measure process and equipment changes made in the last year.
The team hosted site tours for customer groups and executives on October 6 and October 7, 2003.
