One of NDR’s command centers arriving at the Chicago, IL exercise
site on Friday morning, June 20, 2003. The command center is one
of the first trailers brought on to the site. Once positioned,
the sides are expanded to provide work space for the incident
command team.

and power cables. This permits the equipment in the individual trailers
to work together, as it does in AT&T's permanent offices.
